As Senior Brand Manager - Health, you will be a consumer champion and ambassador for the health portfolio. You will be a proactive leader that inspires co-owners and galvanises their support by regularly showcasing the ambitious consumer led growth plans aligned to this portfolio.
Through a deep consumer understanding and specialised expertise, you will lead the Current and Future strategy, planning and tactical development of Yeo Valley Organic (YVO) Health, creating winning consumer value and growing demand to drive impactful profitable sales.
Through strong collaboration with colleagues & external partners you will lead and contribute to projects as well as help others to solve complex problems that successfully enable the delivery of our company vision, long term strategy and health ambitions.
Your responsibilities:
- Understand and embrace our company purpose and work to ensure that all your work helps Nurture & Nourish People & Planet.
- Champion and gain support for the YVO Health plans and roadmap ensuring it is consumer, shopper and customer informed and rooted in insight.
- Lead the annual and multi-year brand planning for YVO Health pillar outlining a clear vision, ambitious brand objectives and a clearly articulated physical availability roadmap (4Ps).
- Lead/write YVO Health project briefs for internal and external marketing agencies including research, product development, product innovation, pack design and activation/shopper marketing.
- Refine and develop clearly articulate product positioning for existing and new ranges based on consumer & shopper insights. Ensure all packaging and creative assets are aligned to the Yeo Valley Organic master brand guidelines and Health pillar principles.
- Recommend and justify marketing investment against YVO Health objectives and allocate budgets to projects and activities to maximise return on investment.
- Lead Trade Engagement for YVO Health and the creation and communication of compelling trade plans and close collaboration with sales, category, innovation, and activation colleagues.
- Measure and evaluate product performance and marketing investment to continuously learn with a failfast approach to improve activity plans and our return on investment.
