Senior Brand Manager

About This Job:

As Senior Brand Manager, your role is pivotal in the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic marketing plans. You work closely with other relevant personnel to achieve both long and short-term business objectives, specifically focusing on meeting sales and profitability targets. This is all done in alignment with the overarching brand strategy.

Your responsibilities include conducting thorough market research to inform your strategic decisions. By analyzing consumer behavior and staying updated on industry trends, you ensure that your marketing strategies are well-informed and tailored to resonate with the target audience.

Collaboration is a key aspect of your role. You engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals. Whether it's launching new products, revitalizing existing ones, or optimizing marketing channels, you lead initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the brand.

As Senior Brand Manager, your role demands a blend of strategic thinking, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset to propel the brand towards sustainable growth and success.

Key Activities for this role:

  • Be accountable for all relevant aspects of the assigned product/therapy area.
  • Manage and oversee the total expenditure associated with the product, providing sign-off authority.
  • Set daily priorities and take initiative within legal and procedural frameworks.
  • Define and implement product strategy for the field force, ensuring effective monitoring.
  • Establish effective networks across key departments, including Sales, Medical, Medical Information, Healthcare, European Marketing, and Senior Management.
  • Ensure the effective execution of marketing plans across digital channels and within the specified therapeutic area and monitor and review tactical plans against key performance indicators, taking corrective action as needed.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Solid demonstrative experience of working within pharm marketing including hands on experience with the development of tactics to support customer omnichannel journeys.
  • Track record of successfully launching/growing/managing pharmaceutical brands.
  • Successful record of selling products as a sales/hospital/NHS representative is preferable.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Marketing or Business Qualification preferred.
  • Ideally knowledge and experience gained whilst working in Urology market(s).

Educations/Qualifications:

  • Degree in health or business-related subject or equivalent.
  • ABPI qualified.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our Addlestone office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
