Salary: £27,000.00 - £30,000.00 FTE per year + benefits (see below)
Are you experienced in commercial or residential mortgage administration as experience is a pre-requisite of this role, please don t apply for the role without this experience.
Can you work independently (once trained) to complete set tasks within a structured framework for up to 6 different brokers?
This is a challenging role that will require significant organisational skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask and upward manage is required.
The desire to build and manage a team as we grow this side of the business would also be ideal.

About the Senior Broker Support Administrator role
This role will be to support up to 6 of our commercial / business finance brokers who work remotely from this office and are spread nationally.
This role will directly support the brokers to manage their client workload and duties will include client and lender liaison, requesting and processing documentation, fulfilling AML requirements and keeping our CMS records up to date and compliant.
Through an extensive introducer base, we have built an enviable reputation as experts in our field, which has led to significant growth. We have significant growth and diversification plans for 2024 and beyond.
It is envisaged that the first three months of this role will be office based while training is completed and working structure established, the role then could be moved to a hybrid structure if required.
