Salary: £44,243 - £46,643 (inclusive of 10% market plussage)

Hours per week: 37 hours

We’re a busy team managing daily site inspections and plan checks and helping customers who are undertaking construction projects. We are proud of the high-quality service that we provide and as a Senior Building Control Surveyor, your focus on public safety will drive your involvement in diverse building projects, guaranteeing compliance with Building Regulations.

We’re looking for someone who has significant experience of working in Building Control, with a profound understanding of building regulations, and a willingness to use their initiative to solve problems and suggest solutions.

As travel is a big part of this role, it is essential that you hold a valid driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for business use.
