Our client, A team of Chartered Surveyors are currently looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join them based from their nearby office with an aim to open a new office in the Crawley area of which the Senior Building Surveyor would be part of. The successful candidate would be operating across the South East area. They work both in the Residential and commercial sectors and the ideal candidate would be able to complete a range of Building Surveys on residential and commercial buildings.

- Home Buyer Reports with and without valuations
- Defect Diagnosis reports
- Party-wall analysis
- Specification of works
- Contract administration
- Dilapidations
- Valuation of properties for tax, matrimonial and sales purpose
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Schedules of Condition
- Assisting on lease extension valuations
Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- MRICS, or working towards
- Open a mid level candidate who is looking to progress
- Demonstrable experience in Building Surveying
- Desire to continue to develop professional training and specialisms
Senior Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary: £35k - £60k (DOE - Guide only)
