Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager – Cornwall – Up to £65k

We are pleased to be partnering with a niche, independent consultancy who are in need of an experienced Building Surveyor / Project Manager to lead on 3 key projects they have secured in stunning locations across Cornwall.
These exciting projects include a luxury hotel & spa extension; a large, high spec new build residential scheme, built to Passivhaus standard; and a prestigious listed art studio. The schemes range in value from circa £6m to £16m, with a minimum of 2 years’ worth of building work on each project.
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home or from their Plymouth office depending on your location and preference; with fortnightly site visits. The position itself will involve a mix of Project Management and Building Surveying services.
With an evolving work stream in the region, the business will also support the right person to set up and grow their own satellite office in Cornwall.
