The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role
This consultancy, known for its dynamic approach and supportive environment, offers a unique opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work on a diverse and prestigious client portfolio, including Oxford University, Oxford City Council public buildings, the NHS, high-value private residential properties, laboratories, and grade-listed buildings.
- Leading project delivery services across a diverse range of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Conducting detailed building surveys, preparing reports, and providing expert advice on dilapidations, contract administration, and other surveying services.
- Working closely with prestigious clients, including educational institutions, healthcare providers, and private sector clients, to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Engaging in business development activities, contributing to the growth and reputation of the consultancy.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?
- RICS accreditation.
- Extensive experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment.
- Technically astute, with a bias towards project delivery.
- Strong communcation skills both written and verbal with client facing ability.
- Demonstratable experience with a varied client portfolio.
