Salary Reed is working with a successful multi-disciplinary consultancy. Working on a mix of projects across the residential, sector in Bristo, Somerset and Devon
The role will be based primarily in the residential and affordable housing projects for developers, Housing Associations and Local Authorities and includes but is not limited to: pre-contract negotiations, assessments on draft contracts, financial analyses, quality assurance, ongoing site monitoring, chairing meetings, maintaining relationships between clients & contractors, completing section 106 agreements. Also Surveying, and inspections or residential buildings including high rise.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a Building Surveyor
• RICS Accredited Degree or similar
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Fire Safety Legislation
• Remedial / refurbishment experience on largescale projects
• Experienced in diagnostic, building pathology and report writing
• Consultancy background is preferred
• MRICS or similar
• UK Driving Licence and own car.
