Senior Business Analyst

A (Senior) Business Analyst with experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies is required to join a career progressive and forward thinking insurance and reinsurance brokerage.

Whilst working for a Lloyds of London syndicate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all business change functionalities whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

The role involves:

• Management and prioritisation on E2E traceability
• Working on document proposals and business requirements
• Own the delivery of assigned projects
• Work closely and collaboratively with solution partners and suppliers
• Accurate documentation of business processes and GAP analysis
• Ownership of data protection and breaches, and understand the data breach process

Experience:

• MS Visio, and Excel
• Business Change Management
• Insurance (Lloyds Market would be advantageous
