Senior Business Analyst

Hays Technology are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join an expanding organisation in the Leeds area during a period of large scale change on a permanent basis.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for understanding and analysing user and business needs for projects high in complexity, ensuring that outcomes are aligned with the organisation's vision and business strategy. You will also be managing change from these business needs to deliver the expected outcomes.
You will be leading the gathering of requirements for a range of projects, ensuring they are validated, signed off, and represent the key stakeholders needs, whilst coordinating and leading on the evaluation of present state and target state for business change using relevant tolls and documentation. You will be coordinating stakeholder analysis and communications ensuring that stakeholder management is an ongoing process and using the appropriate frameworks and gateways for change governance.
What you'll need to succeed

• Expert knowledge of requirements management using a broad range of analysis techniques
• Solid understanding of how to interpret user and business needs and translate them into process, application, and operational requirements
• Knowledge of process and customer experience modelling and mapping and business process improvement
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience of working on a variety of business change projects
• Experience leading requirements gathering and workshops across a variety of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
