As a Senior Business Analyst within a newly established Data Office, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between senior stakeholders and technical teams. You'll collaborate across various departments to grasp the intricacies of their data challenges and lead the development of innovative solutions alongside data engineering and visualisation teams. Your responsibilities will include engaging with senior stakeholders, leading data programs and initiatives, as well as facilitating general Business Analyst activities such as process mapping, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven track record in leading data programs and initiatives within large and complex organisational settings.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

- Experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies, with a flexible approach to project delivery.

- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis and visualisation.

- Expert Business Analyst skills including process mapping, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management.

Additional Information:

- This role offers a predominantly home-based working arrangement, with occasional travel required to regional sites as needed.
