Experis IT are working with a large scale organisation who are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong experience within a Digital Transformation Programme,
The role of a Senior Business Analyst is very varied but crucial in all aspects of the change lifecycle. Fundamentally they:
- Have a good understanding of strategic arenas.
- Lead large and complex projects.
- Facilitate requirements analysis and produce relevant documentation
- Lead and mentors other BA's on projects.
- Own stakeholder relationships
Essential Technical Skills:
- Enterprise and business architecture. You understand and can apply the current target operating model to work.
- Business process improvement. You know how to analyse current services and processes and can identify and implement opportunities to optimise these. You can help to evaluate and establish requirements using relevant techniques such as gap analysis.
- Producing business cases and options analysis.
- Business analysis. You can investigate problems and analyse options for new and existing services. You know how to provide recommendations to solutions. You can work with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits available.
- Strong experience within a Digital Transformation Programme.
