Senior Business Analyst Team Lead

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Team Lead, based in Spalding, Lincolnshire office.
Key Responsibilities:

CRM Implementation
• Lead the end-to-end CRM implementations process from initial planning to deployment and post implementation support.
• Ensure smooth data migration, integration and cleansing to maintain data accuracy and consistency within the CRM system.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Work Closely with stakeholders to elicit, document and prioritise business and functional requirements for CRM projects.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation.
Stakeholder Management
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers and vendors.
• Facilitate Workshops, meetings and presentations to gather feedback, provide updates and address concerns throughout the CRM implementation lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance CRM system functionality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in CRM and Business Analysis to drive innovation within the organization.

Desired skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years managing and leading a team
• Must have previous working experience on large scale projects as well as handling day to day operational requests from the business.
• Working with API Technologies
• Front/Back office systems CRM and ERP
• Working knowledge of the Agile Methodology and Practices
• Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending performance optimisation.
