South Ireland (Hybrid Working)€65,000 + uncapped commission + car allowance.

Do you want to be part of a freight forwarding and logistics business where there is plenty of room for progression with no corporate red tape?

We are working with a freight forwarding specialist who are looking for a Senior BDM to join their business. They are offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, as part of an established sales team working with business across Ireland and Europe. You'll have the opportunity to proactively identify and manage a constant pipeline of new and existing customers.

What you'll do:

• Understand the current market developments in freight forwarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
• Engage and build strong relationships with the company and its customers.
• Actively recognise and manage a constant pipeline and leads of potential new customers.
• Pursue revenue opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Schedule regular meetings with essential clients to assess and manage the company's performance.

Experience:

• Proven experience and industry knowledge in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics
• Experience in Business Development/ sales role
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisation skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Build relationships both internal and external.
• Cross boarding selling (E.g. Portugal, France, Spain, Italy)

Package:

• €65,000 salary
• Uncapped Commission
