Salary: Competitive, up to £60,000 (negotiable and commensurate with experience and success in securing significant Industrial contracts). In addition, you will enjoy a lucrative bonus structure, a company car.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitability within your assigned region while also exploring opportunities beyond geographical boundaries. This role empowers you to develop and convert prospective key accounts, accelerating the growth of our business.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will bring your recruitment industry expertise and demonstrate a proven ability to excel in cold-calling and converting leads into clients.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Recruitment, with a track record of securing significant clients
• Proven sales and account management skills
• Successful history of achieving targets in new business sales, particularly with high-volume users
