Job Description
The Academy Manager role is the primary point of contact between the clients Partners and Advisers when in the final phase of their training and development. This relationship is key to the Partner and Adviser experience and is delivered by a unified approach to development.
· To assist Partners and Advisers in maximising their business potential within the client and to support the achievement of corporate growth objectives.
· To deliver a Partner/Adviser to the Partnership, capable of achieving the long-term growth and productivity needed to build a sustainable business.
· To provide support for Partners and Advisers in achieving their professional qualifications and maintaining knowledge.
· To develop Partners' and Advisers' Advisory, Commercial and Client Acquisition skillsets, knowledge, and application, to enable them to perform their roles capably and competently and provide high quality Advice and ongoing service to their clients.
· To ensure that Partners and Advisers develop the knowledge and skills necessary to write, document and submit business.
· To deliver Partners and Advisers to the Partnership capable of achieving the long-term growth and productivity needed to build a sustainable business, and to manage their output and performance during their time with the Academy.
Requirements:
· Required to hold QCF Level 4 qualification e.g., the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
· To hold the relevant certification function C4 “Functions requiring Qualifications” and to maintain competence in line with the Certification Regime under SM&CR.
· Strong understanding of current FCA regulations.
· Up-to-date and ongoing development of personal skills and knowledge. Commitment to continuing professional development in relation to role-specific training and/or qualifications.
