About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join our team on a permanent full time basis working 35 hours per week. Where possible flexible working or job share requests will be considered.
This is an exciting opportunity working within our busy Business Engagement department, which supports the leisure sector with their aquatic needs.
Reporting to the Head of Business Engagement, the purpose of the Senior Business Engagement Manager is to lead and manage the Business Engagement Managers to deliver against team and individual KPIs and ensure a high performing, high functioning team culture, take oversight of all team projects and relationships while building and maintaining key relationships pesonally, and collaborates on all team strategies and plans day to day delivery and work programmes.

About You
In order to be shortlisted for the next stage in the process you must demonstrate within your application how you meet the following essential criteria:
An ability to lead a team, drive productivity and the successful achievement of KPI’s.
Extensive knowledge of the leisure sector, workforce development and recruitment in the leisure sector as well as sport development.
Strong report writing skills and an ability to report using robust data and insight.
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Experience of liaising with partner organisations and providing solutions to their problems with an innovative approach.
Desirable
Previous experience working operationally in the leisure sector would also be advantageous.
