Job description

Main Purpose of role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join us, based from our Head Office in Doncaster with agile/hybrid working. The successful candidate will work closely with the BI Manager to deliver the data strategy and associated roadmap. Duties will include designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions that drive insights and improve decision-making across the organization. The postholder will also be required to lead on the implementation of a number of data projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, budget and to quality requirements. The Senior BI Developer will also champion excellence in BI, driving operational excellence, service delivery, governance and continuous improvement across Keepmoat’s BI processes and technology stack, as well as coaching junior members of the team

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven professional experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics. They will have experience with Microsoft BI stack, relational database and SQL experience alongside experience working with ETL and/or data integration tools. Experience working in an agile environment (preferably with Azure DevOps) and knowledge of dimensional modelling and ETL techniques are also essential.

Experience within the housebuilding industry, as well as the COINS ERP system and python, would be desirable.
