As a Senior Business Manager within the Homes division, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a varied range activities under the mandate of the Directorate; proactively leading work, managing priorities and identifying new opportunities or gaps that require attention.
You'll play a key role, establishing excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders, operating cross functionally with internal and external business partners.
The difference you'll make:
Managing the Homes Directorate office including all correspondence, briefing papers, colleague communications and preparation for Executive meetings
Reviewing governance frameworks and processes to drive high levels of consistency, compliance, and professionalism
Contributing to cross functional initiatives, ensuring engagement and communication across departments
Developing and managing robust mechanisms for monitoring performance against plan and leading the production of insightful MI and analysis for both strategic and operational purposes
Presenting ideas and actions to business forums, including Homes Leadership Team
What you'll bring:
Knowledge of the Mortgage industry, products, services and regulation
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills to facilitate cross-functional working across the division and the wider business
It would also be nice for you to have:
Broad knowledge of Financial Services industry and competitor and industry trends.
Good problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management with experience of influencing at Director level
Ability to manage competing priorities

This 12-month Fixed Term role is based in Unity Place - Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in the office every week.

As well as a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs. For part-time / contract roles, your salary, bonus (where eligible) and certain benefits will be prorated to reflect your working hours / contract duration.
We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don't contribute yourself. We'll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.
30 days' holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
