Minimum Requirement:
Needs Gravitas/senior experience.
Relationship Manager experience.
Stakeholder Management - stakeholders of many levels/backgrounds
Managing demand
Communication skills
Good IT knowledge - not a tech expert but must be able to translate tech speak' into general business speak.
Understand tech Lingo.
Not commercial but still a negotiation role
Beneficial if has worked in public sector/highly regulated environment.
Experience more important than qualifications
Planning experience
Great if has nuclear background/experience but not essential
