The Company you'll work for:

We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Newcastle for their search for a Business Support Officer. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a temporary assignment to start as soon as possible.

The Job you will be Doing

  • Call handling
  • Undertaking data quality
  • General administrative tasks
  • Processing and uploading data and information
  • Minute taking for meetings
  • Working to strict timescales

About You

  • Previous high level admin experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Have clear knowledge and ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Experience of developing and maintaining positive working relationships
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills whilst working to challenging deadlines
  • Work both as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications and IT systems
