A busy multi-disciplined design agency specialising in interior design, space planning, building and land surveying, planning applications, building control, branding, concept and product design are looking to recruit a Senior CAD Planner to join their team.

Salary 26,000 to 30,500 depending on level of experience
Hours 8.30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday with hour lunch.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days with service.

Duties
Working as part of a team to deliver 2D store plans to client brief and principles
Working on new stores, small works, refurbishments, competitor impacts, roll out projects, concept stores and more across various sized stores.
Manage a small team on a day to day basis.
Be accountable for the quality, accuracy and delivery of plans on time and for your team's overall output.
Attend client meetings and lead site surveys where required.
Understand and apply the client's standards and formats
Contribute to the wider team and recommend how we can plan better and drive efficiencies going forward, implementing new processes that streamline workloads
Support, coach and train colleagues in-line with the business progression plan.
Complete team's annual appraisals and monthly one to one's
Track jobs to analyse profitability of the team and highlight areas where cost savings can be made.
Manage expected turnover against resource plan to ensure delivery for the client and business on a monthly basis.
Skills & Experience
Must have previous experience of retail planning
Able to lead and motivate a team
AutoCAD and/or Revit experience required, use of Store Space software preferable
Adobe suite or Revit experience is preferred
Good working knowledge of Illustrator, Word and Excel
Good numeracy and literacy are essential skills.
Driving licence essential.
