In the role of Senior Campaigns / Ads Manager, you'll be leading a team to create and assess multi-channel communications aimed at improving organisational outcomes. Collaborating across teams and other entities to maximise outcome. Ensure advertising and marketing expenditures align with business aims and industry standards. This strategic role focuses on delivering audience-centric communication campaigns. Responsibilities Include: Team Management: accountable for daily team management (4 direct reports, team size of 10 in total), resourcing and ensuring right skills are in place to deliver against the operational plan. Communications Strategic Planning: accountable for setting team goals and actionable strategies that align with organisational objectives and help the campaigns team meet targets. Budget Management: accountable for approval of spend within agreed budgets and securing approval to spend on campaign activity in line with spending controls. Communications Evaluation: accountable for the evaluation of campaign effectiveness in achieving policy aims and delivering organisational impact. Stakeholder Management and Leadership: lead the strategic relationship with agency partners, ensuring the maximum value for money and effectiveness is derived. Continuous Improvement: lead initiatives to drive efficiencies across group owned channels and solutions to bring about measurable improvement. Essential Experience Required: Leadership and matrix management. Delivering multi-part, multi-channel, strategic communication programmes designed to generate behaviour change. Strategy articulation and provision of strategic direction (campaigns team and S&C working groups) Stakeholder management. Oversight of large communication budgets. Standard MS office suite. Desirable Experience: CRM / data base marketing (MS Dynamics 365) and latest data privacy laws. Web analytics and campaign tracking (Google analytics and Power BI).
