Remedicare are looking for a full time permeant Senior Care Assistants to join our Clients lovely new 20 bedded care home in Worthing. This particular home focuses on elderly/dementia care and has an excellent reputation within the local and neighbouring areas.

Job Title – Senior Care Assistant  

Position Overview:

• Pay: £11.30 - £12 (depending on qualifications and experience)
• Contract: 40 hours (permanent contract)
• Shifts: 8am - 2pm / 2pm - 8pm (need to be flexible for these two shifts patterns)

• Manage a team of Care Assistants so they can perform their roles to the best of their ability
• Liaising with your manager to run the workplace at its peak performance
• Developing care plans
• Manual handling and using equipment where required
• Promoting client’s health and wellbeing

Requirements

• Minimum NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Medicine trained
• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant
