Position: Senior Care Assistant
Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: GBP12.00 - GBP13.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Weekly Hours: 42 Hours (Days) or 30 - 40 hours (Nights)
Shift Times: 7am 9pm or 9pm - 7am

Qualifications and Experience:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care: Showcase your commitment to excellence in care.
Leadership Experience: Currently a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader, ready to take on supervisory responsibilities.
Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team Collaboration: Thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with care staff to provide top-notch service.
Medication Administration: Bring your experience in administering medication and maintaining up-to-date support plans.
Rostering Expertise: Organize and manage a streamlined rostering process to ensure optimal staffing levels at all times.
Performance Management: Conduct supervision and appraisals to foster a positive and supportive team culture.
