To help lead the team when you are on shift ,to provide care and support to the residents, with particular to their, Physical, Emotional and Social needs. To work with all residents in a person centred way.
- Deputising for Manager as and when required
- Assisting with formulating care plans and utilising the content
- To be fully conversant with the Monitored Dosage System and to dispense medication according to the prescribed procedures
- To be responsible for ordering and ensure the return of unused medication in accordance with prescribed procedures
- To be aware of and implement the Essential Standards as set by CQC directives
- To lead the staff by example
- To be aware of the duties of a Care Assistant and ensure that by monitoring ,those duties are being carried out
- To complete all relevant paperwork at the end of your shift
- To report to the Manager any suspected abuse to a resident or member of staff .

Salary: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
