We are looking for an aspiring Care Manager for our clients residential home in BS37. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Care Assistant who is keen to take a step up and develop into a Manager position.
The Care Manager will lead and empower our front-line care team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care, to industry leading standards.
They would do the carer role for circa x3 months over every shift, to fully understand expectations, pressures and routines.
- 36 hrs per week
- £12.50 - £14.50 p/hour
- Shifts: 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, Wake 8pm-8am, Second on Call (part wake) 8pm-8am

Qualifications & Experience
• Required: 3+ years social care experience working with older people
• Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF)
• Desirable: A working knowledge of:
- Mental Capacity Act (2005) & Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (2008)
- Social Care Act (2008) & Essential Standards of Quality and Safety (2010)
- General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016
- Care Quality Commission regulations
