SalaryThe primary purpose of a Field Supervisor is to ensure that our clients and Care Professional receive first class support and a high-quality service. Reporting to our Care Manager you will work closely with the Care Manager and Support Coordinator while in the office, and the Care Professionals in the field to achieve this.
- Support care consultations, service reviews and completion of client personal care plans.
- Support and mentor Care Professionals
- Conduct staff supervisions
- Undertake client quality assurance and service review meetings..
- Create, update and audit client care plans and assist with digital care planning.
- Maintain accurate client and Care Assistant records on Home Instead Care and Scheduling systems..
- Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Assistants through appropriate platforms.
- Conduct Care Professional introductions with new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
- Provide regular hands-on care services to clients in their own home.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
While this role is initially part-time, the hours are expected to increase in the future and can also be complemented with additional care hours.
