The home are recruiting for Senior Care Assistants to join their experienced and qualified care team on permanent contracts on either days or nights.

12 hour shifts
Full time contracted

Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:

•             A kind and caring person
•             Previous experience in administering medication 
•             Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home
•             NVQ3 or higher in Health & Social Care

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting
• Manage a team of Care Assistants
• Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
• Help with medication rounds
