About the Company
Falcon House is a small, private residential care home for elderly, for up to 27 residents. We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant. Falcon House is extensively equipped with care aids and facilities, the home provides an environment which enables the residents to live as independently as possible, while also offering expert assistance and care when needed.

What does this Senior Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:30 / 13:30 - 21:00 / 07:00 - 20:00
 Lead and role model small staff team
 Oversee the shift, monitor resident's wellbeing and health
 Administer medication
 Liaise with healthcare professionals and families and friends of the residents
 Monitor care plans
 Attend to the residents' needs daily

About You
 Experienced in leading shift and managing small staff team, administering medication, dealing with emergencies in calm and supportive manner
 Caring, kind, people's-person
 Punctual, flexible, reliable
 Can-do attitude
 Respectful - you will be working in someone's home!
 Willing to work according to the rota (short and long shifts available), including every other weekend.
 Car owners are desirable as set in rural location
