Fountain Court is a purpose built 16 bedded residential unit for people with dementia. We are looking for someone who has a passion for dementia care.
The role includes providing leadership to a small team to ensure that person centred care, is delivered to meet the individual needs and expectations of the service users and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the needs of older people, with dementia, effective communication skills and be able to produce clear and accurate records.
Applicants must hold a Level 2 qualification in health and Social Care or equivalent.
You will also be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check.
Hours
23.5 hours per week
