We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable legal firm based in Liverpool, who are seeking a dedicated Case Handler to handle both litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims.
About the Role
Title: Senior Claims Handler
Location: Liverpool city centre (hybrid)
Salary: up to £36,000 per annum
Hours: Mon - Fri
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus BH, pension, life assurance, hybrid working plus more!
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations, liaise with clients and gather evidence to support claims
- Collaborate and build relationships with solicitors and legal professionals to ensure effect case progression
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Attend conferences and hearings if necessary
- Achieve various targets in relation to fee income, issuing, settlements, closures and securing position customer view
Requirements
- Experienced Case Handler within personal injury within the RTA portal
- Management of own cases and workload
- Ability to handle litigated cases
- Good knowledge of legislations and laws
- Clear and concise communication
