Senior Change Management Specialist

Currently recruiting an outstanding role for someone who has strong experience as a Change Management Specialist to work on a long-term project based in Cambridge. This role is a 3-year contract. The Change Management Specialist will work with sponsors and teams to support change initiatives in meeting objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business procedures, processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing Change Management strategies and plans (covering communications, training, sponsorship, the role of line managers, and resistance management) that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. You will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact staff to increase benefit realisation and the achievement of results and outcomes.
