The Leeds Bradford is the perfect destination for guests who are about to embark on their holidays from the local Airport. We boast 137 modern bedrooms as well as a modern and stylish restaurant and a café & bar. The hotel also has 7 conference rooms catering for anything from business meetings to wedding functions & events. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a full-time Senior Chef onto our team.

As Senior Chef, you will be required to:

• Ensure the highest possible standard of Food Production and presentation within the hotel adhering to menu specification and departmental ‘Standards of Performance’.
• Ensure Food Hygiene Regulations are adhered to and that departmental checklists and guidelines regarding Food production and storage are updated, monitored, and actioned.
• Ensure the Kitchen remains a clean, safe, and organised environment, highlighting any major Health and Safety issues to Senior management for action.
• Liaise with Restaurant Management regarding promotional ideas such as specials, seasonal dishes, and special occasion menu’s, implementing as required.
• Supervise other chefs on duty.
