Working as part of the hospitality team here at Brighton College you will be responsible for delivering delicious fresh food on a daily basis to our staff and students along with a wide range of function events from afternoon teas, buffets and BBQs to formal sit-down Summer Balls and evening dinners. We cater for anything from 5 - 1500 people. You will be hugely passionate about food and delivering a 5 star service to all our customers.
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Chef de Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers in the market-leading food service company in the UK.
