SalaryBennett and Game are currently looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer for our client in Liverpool, our client is a multi-disciplinary firm of structural and Civil Engineers who have established a valued reputation over the past 35 years. Our client has 3 established offices in the North West and one in London.
Due to an influx of work and our client looking to continue their growth they are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their Liverpool office. It is essential for the Senior Civil Engineer to come from a multi-disciplinary background as they need to have worked on all facets of Civil Engineering. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience using Autodesk Civils 3d, Infraworks, InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, Site 3d, PDS, and Flow.
Senior Civil Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary 45k - 48k
- 2-3% Bonus twice a year
- 5% bonus at Christmas
- 5% Pension

Senior Civil Engineer Position Overview
- Prepare and review analysis & design calculations
- Preparation of technical and pre-planning reports
- Liaise with clients, project team members & local authorities
- Required to carry out the production of infrastructure design to influence and develop master planning using knowledge of Highways Act 1980, Water Industry Act 2004, Land Drainage Act, and other Statutory Instruments
- Site appraisals, feasibility studies and pre-application planning advice
- Attend site and design team meetings
Senior Civil Engineer Position Requirements
- BEng degree in a Civil Engineering discipline
- 5+ years' experience within a UK consultancy
- Commercial awareness
- UK Driving Licence
- Professional qualification such as CEng/CEnv/IEng/MICE/AMICE/CIWEM
- Required to produce the infrastructure design using Autodesk Civils 3d, Infraworks, InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, Site 3d, PDS, and Flow
