As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, from land acquisition to construction and operation. You’ll be part of a close-knit engineering team collaborating with architects, project managers, buyers, and construction personnel.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A registered Chartered Engineer (CEng) or be working towards it.
• A minimum BEng(Hons) in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Sound knowledge of relevant design codes such as Design Manual for Roads and Bridges, Local Authority Highway, and Water Authority Design Guides.
• Experience in engaging with external parties to manage statutory agreements.
• A strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Preferable to have good experience of using Autodesk software.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a Lead Civil Engineer with minimal supervision.
• Design site levels, access roads, junctions, car parking and coordinating with architects on external works and landscaping design.
• Produce earthworks details for working platforms and calculate cut/fill quantities.
• Lead liaison with external bodies for drainage and highway section agreements.
• Liaise with enabling works contractors regarding earthworks, remediation, drainage connections, diversions, and highway works.
