Senior Claims Executive

Your new company
Your new company is a Marine Insurance specialist with international offices across the globe. Based near Lloyd's, your new company is seeking a Senior Marine Claims Adjuster to join their high-performing Claims team.
Your new role
In your new role you will be tasked with handling Marine P&I and Freight, Demurrage and Defence claims from cradle to grave and ensuring that all electronic correspondence and files are kept up to date.
You will be expected to regularly meet clients, help train, mentor and develop more junior members of the team and help provide advice on high value and complex Marine Claims matters.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you MUST have previous experience of working within a Marine Insurance company or Law Firm, be degree educated with preferably a LLB or LLM in Maritime Law or equivalent with 3 years or more PQE, and you must have excellent communication skills and be highly proficient in negotiating, presenting and reporting in both written and verbal format.
You must have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders of various seniority levels, be highly organised with excellent attention to details and you must possess the ability to deliver high quality work in short timeframes as and when required.
