Senior Cleaner Pm Hours

Department Estates and Campus Services Senior Cleaner AM hours – Loughton Campus Soft FM Services are responsible for cleaning and portering services to the university’s academic, administrative, and residential estate.  Soft FM facilitates all university key events, such as graduation and open days and ensures areas are prepared for other events such as receptions and summer conferences.  Duties of the Role Soft FM Services is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Cleaner to join our busy team. We are looking for a self-motivated and personable individual who has a real passion for delivering cleaning services and can manage cleaning staff. You will support the team in delivering cleaning services to the academic and administrative estate, working 10.30am - 5.00pm  Monday to Friday. Working closely with the Team Clean Manager, deputising for them and managing the team in their absence.  Skills and qualifications required The successful person will need previous cleaning experience, have the ability to communicate well, both written and verbal and have the ability to motivate people and organise activities efficiently.
