Senior Client Executive (Quant & Behavioural Science) – Innovation Domain

The role we have
We expect the person in this role to demonstrate outstanding quantitative-based expertise to craft, and research-driven insight whilst delivering projects to spec, time and budget. They would be starting to seek an active role in client interactions and beginning to lead client relationships; implementing project related financial responsibilities and mentoring Innovation executives.
You will work with some of the biggest brands in the FMCG world (and beyond) and take pride in becoming an indispensable partner to your clients. You should be happy to step outside your comfort zone, try something different and strive to offer your own point of view!
KEY OUTCOMES
  • You will demonstrate a passion for Innovation, a willingness to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills
  • You will lead various small client projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, with consistently high quality and reliability, ensuring a happy client
  • You will work on and support Behavioural Science projects in the team, providing insights for understanding consumer behaviour, developing solutions to change behaviour based on research, and offer new thinking around innovating for behaviour change
  • You will support seniors on larger more sophisticated projects – taking a proactive lead on driving the project forward, handling suppliers and other internal teams efficiently escalating where appropriate and necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are key – you will be clear, confident, persuasive and empathetic – with clients and colleagues.
  • You will be encouraged to contribute to our collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work
  • Share your knowledge about human behaviour with other team members, less familiar with Behavioural Science, to help expand our capabilities
CAPABILITIES
  • Must have experience in Quantitative Research, ideally within innovation
  • Full-service experience, Project Management as well as Insight.
  • Outstanding communicator (written and verbally) and client management experience
  • Experience in developing and landing actionable insights for the client’s organisation
  • Academic background in Behavioural Science or related Social Sciences (e.g., Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Cognitive Neuroscience, Anthropology, Social Sciences)
