Senior Client Manager/Director

Senior Client Manager/Director required. Our client, a leading Tech focused Accountancy firm committed to delivering exceptional financial services to their diverse client base. With a focus on innovation and client satisfaction, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Client Manager/Director in Worcestershire

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Contributing to the team environment and supporting the development of junior staff
• Training and developing a small group of team members
• Building strong relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their business needs
• Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports
• Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services

Requirements:

• 1- or 2-years' client management experience
• Relevant qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, and CIMA.
• Experience managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in networking and willingness to attend events
• A passion for client service
• A self-motivated approach
• Basic accounts systems knowledge

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
• Company wide bonus scheme
• Flexible working options (Flexi time)
• Contracted 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
• Core hours 10am - 12pm & 2pm - 4pm
• Hybrid working options 1 or 2 days a week at home
• Annual events, Christmas parties, summer events etc.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service up to 30 days
