Senior Client Relationship Manager

I'm delighted to be supporting this top global law firm with the hire of a Senior Client Relationship Manager within their Private Capital team. Working across their core client teams in partnership with their Client Relationship Partners, this role will be integral in developing and implementing client strategies for some of their largest clients within the sector.

As Client Relationship Manager, duties will include:

• Develop and implement key account plans for nominated clients
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key clients across the sector
• Overseeing and delivery of client account plans
• Working with Client Relationship Partners to develop a strong and indepth understanding of clients and their markets, being able to identify specific trends and market challenges
• Coaching partners around planned networking, marketing and business development activities
• Chair regular meetings with client teams to ensure action plans are executed
• Drive an innovative and profitability led approach to meeting the pricing needs of clients
• Work with wider BD teams across the firm around knowledge sharing initiatives

What's needed:

• Proven Client Relationship management or Business Development experience within a law firm
• Ability to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• A high level of commercial awareness and business acumen
• Proven ability to plan and run medium and long term client plans
