SalaryWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Client success Manager to work with our client, a prestigious central London based leadership consultancy. With a very impressive existing client base and a great reputation, this is an exciting time to join the company, who have some ambitious growth plans on the horizon. They are now looking for an expectational candidate to join their team in a client focused account managerial/Client success role. The company offers excellent benefits, hybrid working (2 day a week office requirement) and a commitment to long term career progression. We are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in a similar position, a track record of success and promotion in high pressure environments, and a superb client facing manner and exceptional organizational skills. Excellent excel skills and previous line management experience would be an advantage, as would previous experience in professional services. Candidate can expect to be involved in the below:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Identify and realise opportunities for business development.
• Ensure seamless logistics across the end-to-end client journey.
• Create an effective transition for clients from sales through to programme implementation.
• Monitor and measure the success of our programmes.
• Ensure the team are clearly tasked, creating detailed implementation plans for each project.
