Client Support Analyst


Overview:


Ocho is delighted to partner with one of the preeminent Trading Platform suppliers in the Capital Markets sector. Our client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Client Support Analyst. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the success of our client's innovative infrastructure, Client Support, and data teams.


What will you be doing?


Be the go-to expert in providing top-notch telephone, chat, and e-mail support to clients using intuitive GUI-based or automated remote applications.

Conduct daily checks on internal and external Data pipelines, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.

Take the lead in preparing client notifications for potential data and networking issues, showcasing your problem-solving skills to ensure seamless daily start-ups.

Collaborate with the business development team, assisting in client onboarding, configuring user setups, and providing clients with access to cutting-edge data and platform services.

Showcase your troubleshooting prowess by addressing system and client connectivity issues with finesse.

Dive into investigating order routing issues, facilitating smooth communication between our client and various executing brokers/exchanges.

Conduct quality assurance on internal trading tools, algorithms, and risk applications, documenting your insights for continuous improvement.

Stay on top of updating user documentation, ensuring clarity and ease of use for clients.

Leverage your organisational skills by creating and updating Jira support tickets, always keeping stakeholders informed.

Act as a leader, training and guiding new support analysts, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Embrace occasional travel within Europe and the U.S., showcasing your commitment to the role.


What skills will you need to succeed?
