The Role
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to become an integral part of the EUC team at Condé Nast, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and roadmap for End User Computing.
The Team
This team maintains the device management, configuration and compliance of end user devices, as well as the required infrastructure to support it and has recently accomplished a significant milestone by successfully migrating several thousand devices from various MDM’s to a unified instance, marking a major achievement in our technology harmonisation.

What will you be doing?
  • Help drive delivery of projects from ideation to completion and promote end user productivity while keeping our systems secure and compliant.
  • Maintain device security by actively managing vulnerabilities and configuring security-related tools in collaboration with Security teams.
  • Facilitate and participate in change and incident management processes.
  • Help develop a culture that enables all employees to work efficiently while maintaining device security.
  • Collaborate with our global support teams to optimise the end-to-end experience across technology platforms.
Who you are?
  • Experience in Apple device management with a proven track record of implementing a diverse range of vendor and open-source tools, including but not limited to, Jamf Pro, Sophos EDR, Appgate, Platform SSO, and Conditional Access.
  • Adobe CC deployment and patching.
  • Strong scripting experience in bash or equivalent.
  • Experience with a variety of SaaS tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Minimum Jamf 300 qualification
  • A positive attitude and motivated by customer success.
  • A problem solver who thinks critically and independently about issues and can detect trends and patterns with ease.
Nice to have skills
  • Experience in Windows device management using MS intune or equivalent Windows platform device management.
  • Experience in using Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
  • Experience in the creation of Okta workflows
  • Proficiency in the implementation of device monitoring and telemetry technologies for analysis and reporting.
