Band 7 Senior Clinical Educator - Divisional
Permanent, part time (22.5 hours/week)
Advertised is a new opportunity within the SUWON education team to support the changing needs of student groups across the division.
You would be responsible for delivering defined educational aims within groups including:
• Radiotherapy
• Bio-medical scientists
• Preceptees across nursing and Allied Health Professional groups
• Nurse associate and associate practitioner trainees
• Apprentices
This would include set up of streamed cohorts to support adaptation to the division, design and delivery of training sessions to address emerging knowledge gaps, evaluation of educational interventions, support of write up and dissemination of findings from educational evaluations.
This post would best suit an applicant who is able to manage a diverse workload that calls on a common set of skills in training and service development. The emphasis of the role is education and experience of education will be essential. Additional experience of project management, service evaluation and research would be welcome.
