Senior Commercial Account Handler

Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Account Handler role on behalf of a well-established Broker, based in Manchester.

As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive insurance services to both existing and potential clients. You manage your own clients and collaborate with Account Executives to meet their needs and contribute to our business objectives

Responsibilities:

• Handle new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing arrangements, and cover note issuance with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures, addressing complaints in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Conduct learning, training, and assessment exercises as per the applicable T&C scheme, identifying areas for personal development.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, building professional relationships with clients and providing expert product advice.
• Actively secure renewal business, promote in-house premium finance, and support Account Executives as needed.
• Achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators compliant with FCA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with various company policies, including those related to commercial and consumer business, complaints, contract certainty, training and competence, conflicts of interest, and more.

Experienced Required:

• Commercial broking experience
• Knowledge of most commercial insurance products
• Experience of working as a Senior Account Handler & or Account Executive in a similar broking environment
• Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
