Monday – Friday 37.5hrs
£60,000 -£80,000 (Dependent on experience)
Rochester

Exciting opportunity for a candidate with an entrepreneurial attitude to join a FMCG company based in Medway on a full-time permanent, basis. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market success for the brands.

Duties:

• Being responsible for driving revenue and profit growth
• Developing relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Defining budgets and targets
• Create and maintain forecast at volume, value and profit level
• Managing own label contracts, including securing new business, maintaining current business and managing the P&L in a commodity driven environment

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Previous experience managing major retailers within the FMCG sector
• Experience of growing branded business
• Previous experience dealing with commercial analysis
• Proven experience working in an FMCG environment
• An understanding of supply chain processes
