The Role:
As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, covering all aspects of Commercial Property law. You will work closely with a broad range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, providing expert advice on property transactions, leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters, ensuring a high standard of service.
* Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
* Conducting due diligence and property investigations.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
* Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to the development of the team.
What We're Looking For:
* A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property law.
* Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
* A team player with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
* Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is desirable.
