Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing relationships with clients, whether that’s over the phone, face-to-face, or via email.
- Prospecting commercial business and arranging visits with clients to understand their needs.
- Interacting with the commercial department to find the right solution for the customer.
- Communicating with the insurer for the best prices.
- Maintaining regular contact with the client throughout the process.
It is essential that you possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the commercial sector. You should also have the ability and confidence to develop strong and lasting relationships through active listening, understanding client needs, and meeting their expectations.
